Payment Options

RHL Appraisals understand the every company has its own way of doing business. This is never more evident than in how you choose to pay for our services. We’re committed to doing business with you on the most favorable terms. Thus, we offer several options for payment.

When ordering, you can choose any of the following:

·        Check or Money Order – Please ensure that all checks are made payable to RHL Appraisals.

·         COD – All COD payments are due at the time of inspection. Exact fee amount is required.

·         Net 30 – Frequent customers can arrange for payment terms by contacting our billing department.

·         PayPal – Online payments may be made through this internet service. Additional processing fees may apply.

·         Credit Card – A convenient payment option, especially when third-parties, such as home owners are involved. Click here to print out Credit Card Authorization Form.

Occasionally we receive orders for appraisal reports where payment is required in advance. Whether the report is for a home owner, or just from a client with whom we’ve not done business before, these instances have been known to cause friction and delays in the past.

No longer the case. RHL Appraisals accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments for any transaction. You can use this option to pay for single appraisals, multiple orders or any of our other services. 

How does it work?

Click here to print out Credit Card Authorization Form. Fill out the form completely, sign it and fax it back to us for processing. Please be advised that we will not charge your credit card until after the inspection of the property has been completed.

Naturally, if you just prefer not to enter your credit card info online, you’re welcome to give us the card number over the phone (732-906-2202). Or we can make arrangements to process the credit card payment when we visit your property. We want to make sure we’re doing business in way that is absolutely professional and it makes you comfortable.
